Q. What are the different types of transportation you provide?
A. At Corporate Class Cars we provide a range of Chrysler 300c vehicles, as we believe it has the look and style of a Rolls Royce, the comfort and luxury of a Bentley, while providing the divine elegance of a Mercedes. All this rolled into one vehicle ensures your arrival to any event will be first class and memorable. |
Q. How many vehicles will we need?
A. This depends on how many passengers you need to carry to your event. For Weddings we can start by taking the Groom and Best man, then returning for the bridal party and finally arriving with the bride and whoever is giving her away, this is all possible with one car if time and distance permits. If time and distance become a key factor then two or three cars will be recommended. |
Q. Do you charge by time or distance?
A. We initially charge by the hour, but every customer has their own individual needs and this is discussed with every enquiry as to the best option for your particular event. |
Q. How far in advance must I make the reservation/s?
A. To avoid disappointment bookings are advised as early as possible especially for Weddings between October to March, however we will do our utmost to meet all requirements if time and availability permit. |
Q. What are the payment terms i.e. is there a deposit required and if so when and how much? When is the balance payable?
A. On confirmation of booking we require a 25% deposit. The balance can be paid on the day at a time to suit both parties. |
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days prior to the event minus a 5% administration fee. |
Q. May we decorate the vehicle if required?
A. On occasions where the vehicle is traditionally decorated, this can be arranged by us or decorated by yourselves on the day of your event, with the assistance of our chauffeur. |
Q. Are the vehicles smoking or non-smoking?
A. All our vehicles are non-smoking. |
Q. Can we come and view the vehicles beforehand?
A. Yes, you can inspect the vehicles at anytime, if you are local we can bring the vehicle to you to admire. |
Q. How many passengers can the vehicle hold?
A. Our vehicles hold up to 4 passengers ensuring you the room and comfort you require. |
Q. May we supply our own beverages or do you supply them?
A. You are welcome to supply your own beverages or we can be arrange this for you prior to your event. |
